| Last evening, at 10:03pm Station 64 was alerted to assist Station 62 on a reported garage fire in the 1800 block of Pottstown Pike, South Coventry Township. Deputy 62 arrived on scene with heavy fire conditions and exposure to a 2,500-gallon fuel truck and struck the working fire dispatch. Engine 64-5, Rescue 64, and Engine 64-2 made the response. Engine 62-1 arrived on scene as the first due engine and stretched two hand lines while Engine 64-5 arrived as the second due engine immediately after and assisted with fire suppression. Manpower from Engine 64-2 and Rescue 64 assisted with putting out hot spots and overhaul while 64-5 and 62-5 supplied water to the scene. Crews would remain on scene for approximately 1.5 hours before returning available. A total of 11 Norco firefighters responded to this incident. This was the third call of the day for Station 64. 9/23/25
