On January 12th at 11:08pm Station 64 was alerted to assist the Pottstown Fire Department with a brush fire in the area of Glasgow Street and West High Street, West Pottsgrove Township. Chief 64, Deputy 64, Lieutenant 64, Utility 64, ATV 64, and Engine 64-5 responded to assist. First arriving units located a large area of brush burning with multiple propane tanks involved near the train tracks and began suppressing the fire. 64 units would remain on scene assisting for approximately 1 hour before being released.
